I am a Scrum Coach for the German consultancy it-agile GmbH. I have a passion for creating workplaces that melt self-fullfillment and collaboration, so that people do not need to leave there soul behind at the threshold of the office.

In my sparetime I love all kinds of games (board games, computer and roleplay games) and stories (books, movies and roleplay games again). I enjoy learning the Japanese language, music and dancing.
